She is a bit short with him about how busy she is but he's not to be deterred from talking to her about the parking space issue he wanted to discuss. He wants to swap parking spaces with her since he says that they each have spaces that are far closer to each other's offices than the one they're assigned. She gets up and walks around rather annoyed still dressed in her tight outfit and dance tights topped off with some very high heels. David grabs the rope and starts binding her elbows first before then grabbing another piece and binding her wrists to match. Elizabeth starts realizing at this point that he might have some experience with this after all while she tests her bonds.
