I'm having a problem with JDownloader for over a week. The browser extension for Chrome works fine and links are added regularly to the program, but when I start the download I always get an error message. I have a Flyfiles premium account. Some advice?

So, I noticed today that there is a way to get the free downloads (?), but there is some kind of code needed, which I can get from an app in the Google Play store (?). @Cameron, can you please explain how this is supposed to work?
