You interact with the girls at the office and when their affection and sexuality is high enough, as well as certain conditions are triggered, certain scenes open up.

Version 0.049 Changelog:

It contains the Mila branch of the Maria repeatable date. It should be available after Mila visits you at the office.

It also contains the Dana+Maria+Mila date. For now it will treat it as if you were nice to Mila when you first encountered her, because the non Mila branch isn't in the game yet, and I didn't want people to not have access to it.
