I was offered to buy one of the apartments in the downtown area. Naturally, I was not going to live there, but downtown apartments will always be profitable, you know. However, as it turned out, the two little frightened critters were not going to leave the nest. They had no money, nowhere to go. Damn it, I'm not a tyrant! I'm all for human relations.
