After capturing and tormenting a slave who attempted to escape The Nation, Brigadier General Elena De Luca uses the tazapper to burn and shock his tied up balls to get answers. He is hooded, naked and bound to the cross, completely exposed. While Elena, still in her lycra camouflage catsuit, harness and leather boots, can do what ever she wants to him.
