Jessie lives alone, with her always-drinking father, who, drunk to the point of white elephants, is always lashing out at her. After another such quarrel, the cause of which was her lover, who came and fucked her secretly from her father, Jessie runs away from home. On the streets of the city she will have to meet the seamy side of ordinary life: maniacs - exhibitionists, thieves, rapists, etc. She lives in a cardboard box somewhere in the courtyards, watching from her makeshift home the events that are happening around her.
