Description: A group of highly competitive guy friends gather at a lakehouse for a birthday celebration, where a one of the friend's annoying younger sister, an aspiring filmmaker, convinces longtime buds Matthias (Gabriel D'Almeida Freitas) and Maxime (writer/director Xavier Dolan) to act in her latest project. The problem? They have a scene where they are supposed to kiss, and it turns out it's not the first time that's happened between them, which sets off a whirlwind of emotions between the two very different men. Heterosexual Matthias, a fancy lawyer with a longtime girlfriend, already questioning his life decisions, gets freaked out and withdraws from his friendship with homosexual Maxime, who's been considering moving from Montreal to Melbourne, leaving his unfulfilling life and addict mother behind. Matt's confusion leads him straight to a strip club, where he watches Agnès Bouchard writhe topless on a stage, flipping her hair in slo-mo to reveal her French-Canadian funbags.
