Description: Nuclear tensions were high between the US and North Korea in January of 2018, so everyone was already on edge when a ballistic missile alert was issued by Hawaii's Emergency Alert System over televisions, radios, and cell phones all over the state instructing citizens to seek shelter due to an incoming attack. The message concluded with "this is not a drill" however it actually was, and the message was sent accidentally.
