We start off as I lay face down on top of the pain table while Punisher frog ties my legs then my wrists. All I wear is nakedness and heels. He picks me up and puts me on a kneeling position then attaches my wrists to the winch and lifts me up until my body is in a semi-suspension with my knees barely touching the table.
