Dr. Peter Proctor is back and as anally-fixated as ever in this fiery fourth edition of the stand-out 80s series. The plot is pretty much the same as in all the other 'Caught From Behind' tapes, with the good doctor leading a batch of nervous stunners into the wanton world of back door passion. Lean brunette beauty Kelli Richards turns in the hottest performance here, delving into her bawdy bag of tricks in a pair of blistering back door boffs. She shines in the clinch with Tom Byron and Steve Powers, taking them on in a frantic threesome that builds to a shattering DP finale. Kelli still hasn't had enough though, because she comes back for more in the flick's finale, romping with massive Dick Rambone in an eye-opening anal excursion. Tight-bodied temptress Patti Petite shows why she was such a stellar starlet with her segment, taking on Peter North in a gripping grind that features some hard pounding back door fun. Breasty Buffy Davis shows what she's all about in two steamy scenes, trysting with Powers and Ron Jeremy in a pair of passionate, high energy couplings. It's Kelli Richards who really stands out here though, and fans of lean 80s brunettes will love every erotic moment of her passionate performance."

Poor Eddie Curran (Jerry Butler) is having a hard time finding work as an actor. Then, one day, while working on the set of a popular "soap-opera," Eddie learns of a new role opening up. The only catch is the fact that the part calls for a female judge. No problem. Eddie simply dons female attire and becomes "Bootsie." Eddie's roommate, Jer (Buck Adams) learns that Eddie just might have hit upon the best way to get laid as both admiring fans and actresses follow Eddie all over town in an effort to "get it on!" Soon "Bootsie" is known nationwide as fans tune in to "her" unique approach to femininity. "Bootsie" manages to change the viewers' sex lives too, and everything is going fine until "she" fails in love with the beautiful Juliette (Sondra Stillman), and wants to throw off the facade. Too late, he finds her in the arms of Leo (Hershel Savage), the leading man. Leo is a rat, but "Bootsie" does him in. "Bootsie" wants Juliette to see him for what he really is, but all she wants is some easy lust. You'll have to take this tape home to find out what happens when "Bootsie" finally exposes himself as having more than what it takes to satisfy a lusty female like Juliette!
