Meanwhile, Brandi's partner, Kelsie Chambers, has been assigned to locate the Skull. Her search leads her to Devin Demoore, a lady with an extensive past. Under handcuffed interrogation, Devin reveals why she desperately needs to gain possession of the notorious Skull when a double agent overpowers Kelsie, determined to obtain the Skull for a secret, sinister organization. The evil agent finds the mystical artifact, and leaves Devin and Kelsie in dire peril!
