Description: This position is harder than it looks. My elbows and wrists are bound behind me while my ankles and knees are tied as well. The purpose of my knees being bound is so I am unable to bend. At the same time, my arms are pulled back and tied to the back of my knees so that my back is arched as much as possible. What makes this position so tough is that I am made to balance myself on a Cinder block. I found that I have to remain completely straight and still or I lose balance. Keep in mind that I am gagged so the neighbors can't hear me scream. I think I just found my new favorite position!
