James Deen opens the scene wearing his usual grey T-shirt. He stands with a wooden door on his back. At this moment, he mentions that the food that he is in the mood to love pizza but at the same time, he also wants to love sausage. Someone suddenly knocks on the door. James opens the door. A man enters saying he brought James a sausage pizza. But James kicked him out even before the pizza is shown.
James is now in the kitchen with a pizza on the counter. He says, Ive had sausage. Ive had pizza. Ive had sausage pizza. But the one thing that he has never had is a sausage made out pizza. He plans to take sausage to a whole new level by blending pizza and make sausage out of it.
James grabs two slices of pizza, puts them in the blender then turns the device on. The blender is not doing its job so he switches to a food processor. He then adds two more slices of pizza and some oil before putting the remaining slices in. After grinding the pizza, James grabs a stomach lining of an animal, filling it with the grounded pizza.
It looks gross even James admits it himself. But he continues on. He is now frying the sausage but only one did not pop up and was not ruined. He places the sausage made out of pizza on a hotdog bun. Then he adds some tomato sauce and pizza cheese.
James slices the bun into multiple slices so he can share it with everybody on the set. The moment he took a bite, he almost flipped out. The pizza sausage that he just made tastes bad.
James Deen drinks and gargles water before ending the video saying he just puked up the pizza sausage. He even mentions that it was a terrible idea and hes never doing it again.
