Part one of three. Wunder Woman accepted an invitation from Dr Gepetto to be guest of honor at what he claimed was the unveiling of special crime-fighting robot he had built. The venue was his laboratory, and the audience was entirely made up of those who had invested in his project. Everything began innocently enough - with Gepetto giving a brief speech to the small crowd, then introducing Wunder Woman to them with a flattering big build-up. A big round of applause ensued. The Amazing Amazon looked suitably glamorous for the occasion. She wore a classy, star-spangled cape over her outfit, and exuded great grace and vivacity. Before she addressed the crowd, Gepetto withdrew the sheet that had been covering his creation - thereby revealing it to all who were present. Wunder Woman was among the most impressed onlookers. The robot was the spit of a strapping, handsome man. Indeed, even though it had a slightly metallic tint, the Amazing Amazon had trouble believing it wasn_t really alive. Regarding its physical prowess, Gepetto informed her that, aside from having super strength, and the ability to give off electrical charges, it was also invulnerable to bullets. When she thought of what the robot could do in the fight against crime, Wunder Woman could barely contain her excitement. Turning her back upon it, she began to deliver an inspired speech to the crowd. However, her situation was not as she thought. While she was preoccupied, Dr Gepetto winked at his creation. In response, it slyly reached into its pocket and pulled out a syringe. Suddenly it stuck this into Wunder Woman_s shoulder. Confused and alarmed, the Amazing Amazon demanded to know of Gepetto what was happening. Gepetto coolly told her that she had just been injected with nanobots. These tiny creatures would take over her body and mind in a matter of moments - rendering Wunder Woman little more than a puppet or a zombie. Hearing that, the Amazing Amazon tried to flee. Gepetto mocked her as she went. But, alas, she managed only a few steps before her limbs seized up and her mind went blank. Then she was as a human statue. The crowd themselves were of no help to her. Being Gepetto_s investors, they had been in on his scheme from the beginning. Later, Wunder Woman was strapped to a wooden x-frame with her wrists cuffed to it above her head. She still wore her special lasso and belt, but they were of no significance since she no longer able to think of using them. While she remained motionless, staring vacantly into space, Dr Gepetto provided a commentary for his watching investors. As he duly revealed, the creation of a crime-fighting robot had merely been a ruse to lure Wunder Woman into his clutches. His and his investor_s real interest was to test their nanobot formula on a rare being: in this instance, one of Amazonian strength and will. In addition, they wished to subject her to some grueling physical tests to measure her endurance. Once all was explained, Gepetto pressed a switch on his robot and prompted him to begin the experiment on the helpless Wunder Woman. First, it pulled down her corset to reveal her big breasts. Then it touched her nipples and sent a surge of electricity into them. Wunder Woman instinctively gasped and twitched. Her breathing became ragged as the robot repeated the act on other parts of her body. Such was Wunder Woman_s enslaved state that Gepetto - now her effective master - was able to make her fall silent and become utterly still at the simple command of *Freeze*. Later, the Dr took Wunder Woman from the x-frame and tested her obedience by making her assume a number of poses. Often the robot assisted - working her stiff arms and legs into one position or another while she was kept in a frozen state. To Gepetto_s delight, his subject didn_t move in the slightest. No matter how awkward the pose, she kept it perfectly. Further tests focused on Wunder Woman_s response to being mastered.
