If not he_s going to CUT the planned 80-story skyscrpgr to just 7 stories And with the way the current real estate market in New York looks he probably shouldn_t hold his BREATH Companies that could normally afford a spot in the primo location are clamping down on spending due to fears of economic collapse in Europe. Speaking of the Big Apple readers of Travel and Leisure magazine voted New York the RUDEST city in the US (laugh) New York reclaimed it_s 2009 title from Los Angeles and the poll results show a pretty obvious trend emerging here. The bigger the city the ruder the people (laugh) Miami Washington DC LA and Boston rounded out the top five. A spokesperson for the magazine says that people who live in bigger cities aren_t necessarily RUDER they_re just more direct because they_re in a hurry. The ticket sat on a table in his kitchen for DAYS before he realized he was a winner. (laugh) Napolean Elvord (EL-vord) won the Wisconsin Megabucks lotto against 1 in 7 million odds. His numbers were computer generated and he says he actually bought the ticket by ACCIDENT thinking he was playing ANOTHER lottery.
