While that_s good news for drivers it_s NOT so great for other oil producers. The global market is already struggling with oversupply and reduced demand. And the rich just keep getting richer A new study from the anti-poverty charity Oxfam reports that the richest 1 percent of society now has as much wealth as the rest of the world COMBINED. According to the report anyone with assets of more than 760 thousand is classified as a 1 percent-er.
