Inmate Chuck spends a few days at Yossie's infamous BlackSteel Correctional Facility ('BCF') where he is required to sleep in a cold cement jail cell at night and shovel rock and fill pot holes during the day - all while wearing a set of heavy steel вЂfive-way' shackles (neck, wrists, ankles) which are RIVITED-ON. That's right - the rivets must be cut off at the end of his incarceration! These shackles were custom made by Yossie in his home workshop. Yossie has made enough shackle sets that he has the entire process down to a science. In addition, the rivet idea is a вЂYossie special', using either aluminum or steel rivets which he hammers over so that they must be cut off with a chisel or power saw. This is permanent bondage at its finest. Naturally, as one might imagine, Yossie only applies the riveted shackles to prisoners who is going to be under his care for a while.
