Description: This was Katka's first experience with complete nudity in public. The series developed spontaneously, we had originally planned to begin the series in the afternoon. Katka was tremendously nervous before the shooting began; however, we had a genial idea: Why not begin earlier, right where we're at
right now? The result was this spontaneous series in front of and inside a beverage shop. The disadvantage of being so spontaneous: Our complete team wasn't present, thus no second perspective and no video.
First off, Katka needed cigarettes. She got them herself, from a cigarette vending machine, her nervousness still showing in a cute picture of her crossing the street. Having secured the cigarettes in the car, she felt that she could get over her nervousness best if she could have a drink of Fernet
Branca with orange juice. That wasn't a serious problem since there was a beverage shop nearby. She shyly entered the shop, not wanting to disturb, but the cashier and sales staff were more than happy to give her the beverages she was looking for.
Having found her beverages, Katka went to the cashier and wanted to pay, but the clerk insisted upon her finishing drinking her drink before paying. That was a nice gesture, don't you agree? Since Katka couldn't just gulp the entire drink down at once, this of course resulted in her having to remain at
the cash register for quite some time, while customers came and went. When she had finished her drink and paid for her beverages, she took the bottles back to the car.
The positive result of Katka's having to wait so much longer than planned in the shop, combined with her reaction to the drink itself, was the fact that she lost a lot of her initial shyness about being nude in public; the following walk across the street to the entrance of a supermarket didn't bother her in the least.
