Beautiful Caroline Pierce submits to a public chair tie at this years Fetishcon. She wears a shimmering blue spandex catsuit, a silky satin corset, and some tall vinyl stiletto boots. I tie her legs together at the knees and ankles and anchor them to the crossbar, tie a chest harness and fasten that to the backrest, pull her arms up into a behind the head chickenwing, and fasten them as well. All thats left is the juicy red ball gag and we've got a very nice looking public display.
