Strictly from what I gathered by taking a gander at the tour, it would appear they're a smoking fetish site that may or may or not have an emphasis on Asian models. The main page of the tour does, in fact, showcases an oriental knockout striking a sexy pose whilst a lit cigarette hangs from her bright red lips. And the dragon theme, most notable in their logo, strikes images of Asian culture. Nevertheless, they say their aim is to provide "the titillation obtained in the viewing of beautiful women smoking." In fact, they claim many consider them the "web's premier smoking fetish site."
