Carreras hooks up with spiky-haired Joseph Sladek in the first scene. Carreras is hung like a pony, and does a fine job topping. Both guys come twice. We're giving "Meltdown" a 3.5 overall -- a very good rating. If, however, the men were a little better at gay sex, we would have given it a four. Regardless, if Euro men are your thing, then you'll go ga-ga for the film.
